Born 1957 in Vienna.
At first specializes on portraits and landscape reception in black-white  changed Manfred Holzer 1995 to the digital picture preparation and the forming of complex photoimages.
Its pictures are not thought for the fleeting observing, one should try to look behind the obvious.
Deliberately it plays with colors to release in the intention, perceptions. Mystical, fantastic and socialcritical subjects are its preferred subjects that should move the spectator for meditation and should wake its imagination.
In international competitions, it obtained over 600 acceptances and 110 honors (therefrom 17 xs gold)
